My background is in consulting, executive management, and governance. I’ve worked in businesses, the public sector, and not-for-profits.

I’ve been a Board Director for over twenty years, and am a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors.

This experience means I’m able to work with people on both sides of the table; and I have significant experience facilitating sessions with Boards and Management.

Strategy, planning, governance structures, and narrative enquiry are my bread-and-butter. I love working with complex and seemingly intractable problems.
